Here at Atlas, we are passionate about health and fitness. We believe that everyone is capable of reaching their goals with the right direction and determination. Our goal is to teach a love of movement to everyone that comes through our door. Our core principles are founded upon a desire to see others achieve a healthier lifestyle.

Our mission is to train athletes to be resilient to life's demands and to thrive in the face of adversity. We provide our clients with the tools necessary to take on the physiological demands of any given day.

We offer group sports performance training, personal training, and tactical strength and conditioning, as well as neuromuscular restoration through the Square 1 system.
Meet The Team

Drew Stewart
Strength and Conditioning Coach - BS, CSCS
Drew has served as a strength and conditioning coach at RVA Athletes and HCA Virginia Sports Medicine. He is currently the Human Performance Specialist for Chesterfield County Fire, Sheriff, and Police Departments where he oversees the Tactical Strength and Conditioning program.
Drew has had the privilege of working with a wide variety of clientele, ranging from high school and college athletes, general population, post-rehab, and tactical athletes.

Sarah Stewart
Certified Personal Trainer - NASM
Sarah is passionate about women's health, with a desire to see women push their limits and learn what they're capable of.
In her free time, Sarah enjoys hiking, powerlifting, and pickleball.
